CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • Shoppe Sales: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and you donít need a PayPal account. However, we do not accept credit card payments through PayPal from "UNCONFIRMED" users, and can only ship to your "CONFIRMED" address, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. We also take personal checks or money orders.   To pay with a check or money order, simply call us and tell us which stamp you would like to purchase and we'll hold it for you.  All orders from first time personal check buyers will be held for 5 business days to allow the check to clear.
  • eBay Auction Sales: We prefer PayPal.  But, if you prefer, we will take a check or money order.  All orders from first time personal check buyers will be held for 5 business days to allow the check to clear.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: A 30 day satisfaction guarantee applies to all purchases.  If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the lot for a complete refund.  Lots returned must be returned in the same condition received accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.   Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items. 
  • Description Guarantee:
    • All stamps are guaranteed to be genuine as described. 
    • A stamp purchased through our eBay auctions or from our Stamp Shoppe may be sent to either the Philatelic Foundation (PF), Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), or the American Philatelic Society (APS) for expertizing.  If the purchased stamp is not as described, we will refund the purchase price and the expertizing fee.  The 30 day satisfaction guarantee limit does not apply to stamps that are not accurately described--there is no time limit.
  • Sales Tax: State of Maine residences will be charged a 5.5% sales tax.
  • Stamp Shoppe Supply Exchanges & Returns
    • Careful packaging is essential.  Please use the same packaging materials that were used for delivery.
    • We recommend insuring your package.
    • Please include your invoice/complete name & address, day time phone number, and reason for return.
    • All returns must be sent to the following address:

    • Important: We cannot accept returns for credit, refund, or exchange which arrive damaged due to improper packaging!  Custom orders cannot be returned.
